A leader is that people (man or woman) who can put into action, principles, plans, and policies, in a dedicate and efficient way, creating in others the feeling to support and help them with their work. A leader is someone who influences others to orient them toward achieving common goals. A leader is a creator of dreams and future.

Characteristic of a leader

The Leader has a vision: Create ideas, practical and reachable projects. The leader has creativity, initiative, and the ability to define and execute grand plans so much for the far, mediate or immediate future.

Is prudent: The leader asks about new and transcendental subjects before taking decisions.

The leader uses the active listening: A real leader accept suggestions, discard his or her plans taking the best from the team, and he or she gives credence to the idea owner. He or she avoids those behaviors against to the partners, for instance, they avoid phrases such as:
"Here, I am the unique who have reason,"
"Here, things are done my way."

Takes decisions: She or he puts in action decisions if those choices are his or her accountability to solve any issue and make a change.

Is conciliate: She or he finds ways to get some agreement among his or her coworkers.

Is an excellent communicator: She or he uses words and phrases in an oral or written way to motivate the team to participate in task, activities or projects, to complete it or improve services or products.

Is tolerant: She or he uses the constructive critic to improve the behavior of their coworkers. When they face the critic, they use the emotional intelligence to understand and accept the idea that they need to improve something.
