bad leader

In my own experience, I have observed how some leaders mistreat and abuse their team, taking advantage of their authority position. Some of those leaders lie to their bosses or clients and involve their team in those lies, forcing them to act dishonestly.

If you meet a leader, manager or supervisor who has these characteristics, you have to get away from them, because you could face a significant problem, and damage your professional image, no matter if you have to search another job, finally, they will act without ethics and even against you.
